Thanks for shopping with Elcubanitostore. Every tee, tank, mug and beach tote in our shop is kept in stock and ready to ship from warehouses in the United States. This page explains where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the United States and do not accept international orders.

Shipping Method, Rates and Carriers

Standard Shipping is the only shipping method we offer. Orders are sent with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on your address and the package. The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How Long Delivery Takes

Your order arrives within 5–11 business days in total, counted from the day you place it. That total is made up of two parts:

• Processing: up to 3 business days to pick, quality-check and pack your order. This time is already included in the 5–11 day total, not added on top.
• Transit: up to 8 business days with the carrier.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and holiday rush periods can occasionally add extra time, and we will help you follow up if a package seems stuck.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can also check the latest status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to fix an address or change your mind? Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We can only change or cancel an order before it enters processing or shipment. Once it is being prepared or is on its way, changes may no longer be possible, but you can still use our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away so we can try to correct it before your order is processed.

Damaged, Wrong or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you. If a package appears lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
