We want your new tee, tank, mug or tote to feel like a good day at the beach. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at Elcubanitostore. It applies to orders delivered within the United States, the only place we sell and ship.

Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition and original packaging, with all tags attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Approval Comes First

Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items shipped back without approval may be refused.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label to use. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.

How to Return an Item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
4. Pack the items securely and send them back with the label.
5. We inspect the items when they arrive.
6. We issue your refund.

Refunds

After your return arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears. We will email you when the refund is issued.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

• We do not issue store credit; approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
• Our products do not come with a warranty.
• There is no fee to cancel an order, and we never ask for a deposit. Orders can be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment; see our Shipping Policy.
• This policy covers orders shipped to addresses in the United States only.
